Thank you very much for taking part in this Summer Learning Journey activity with me and the rest of your class. How did you find it? I really appreciate all of the things you'd like to give to a family in need from the 1930's— especially the 'job'— this is an excellent idea because even though you've provided them with money to buy all of these things, imagine the money running out? A job would be beneficial because the parents could continue to support their whānau (just look at how many children are in that photo!) Maybe next time you could make your font a little bit bigger so that your readers can take in all of your awesome ideas. I look forward to reading more of your work when the SLJ kicks off on the 17th (that's only 4 days away... eeek!)
